MY LIFE IN CARDS and Other Memories.

This is a card my uncle gave me when I graduated from high school. I remember it because he gave me $500 which was a lot of money for me at the time. I blew it all on clothes within a 24 hour period.

A card from my mom when I turned 18. I couldn't wait to leave home as soon as I turned 18. Little did I know, it actually took work and money to do what I wanted. I had a rude awakening and didn't appreciate my first car as much as I should've. I ended up crashing it. Then I appreciated it. It was too late.

This is one of my favorite birthday cards because I feel like it really captures my essence. It's from my mom as well.

I LOVE this card from Jessica because I love pictures of food. This is definitely an all time favorite.

Another one from Jessica. This is one of those cards that plays a song when you open it. This one plays Handel's "Messiah" when you open it. It greets you with "HALLELUJAH!". The photo on the front and song is really what turning 21 feels like. I felt so bomb the first time I (legally) bought alcohol.

From my step sis. She's Mexican.

This is a recent birthday card from my brother. I tried to get my mom to read it out loud after my birthday dinner in front of everyone, partly because it's funny, partly because I'm immature and partly because I like making people do things that they don't want to for my own enjoyment. She censored herself by saying the first names followed by "Shh." I was disappointed.

A list I made when I was younger. I found it to be funny and refreshing. I'm glad I've kept it through the years. Thank God for growing up.

I was once a camp counselor and one of the younger teenage counselors in training had a huge crush on me. He never spoke to me but gave me this one day and I still have it. So it's good to randomly give me things because I cherish and remember everything. Now go make me something. Thanks in advance.
